We utilised Allied Claims to manage our insurance claim.
They negotiated with the Insurance company and their Loss Adjusters on our behalf.
The various quotations were arranged and organised by Allied Claims.
The final settlement and payment to the contractors were managed on our behalf.
This allowed us to continue with our daily lives and relieved us of the stress of dealing with Insurers, Loss Adjusters and Contractors.

Insurance claim success
After many years with the same Insurance company, I claimed for a ceiling which had come down in the second bedroom due to a leaking pipe above the ceiling.
The Insurance company rejected my claim and being in my 80’s I asked two people to intervene but without any success.
An adviser I have known for several years suggested I contact Allied Claims who came along and did a survey and contacted the Insurance company.
The following week I was advised that the claim had now been accepted and Allied Claims manage the whole process including the drying of the room and the repairs.
I am pleased to say that I am very relieved that the Insurance company paid for the damages and that everything was handled by Allied Claims as at my age it is not very easy to manage the different tradesmen.

Rejected insurance claim re-instated
We discovered a leaking pipe in the bathroom after one of our tenants moved out of the property. The water had leaked into the kitchen and down the staircase from the bathroom.
After the second tenant moved out, two weeks later we found another leak in the kitchen behind the fridge.
Once again we reported the damage to our Insurers and we again called out the plumbers to repair the leak.
The Insurance company sent out their Loss Adjusters who came around to inspect the damage.
Our claim was rejected.
We decided to appoint Allied Claims Loss Assessors to represent us and following their appointment and negotiations with the Loss Adjusters our claim was reinstated by the Insurance company.
Our property has been repaired and is ready for letting 7 weeks after Allied Claims were appointed.
Allied Claims managed the quotations and project managed the repairs from start to completion.
We were treated courteously at all times and kept informed throughout the whole process.
